School Library Support

Stacia Bell offers comprehensive support to schools aiming to strengthen their libraries. Her services include classifying books into appropriate genres to enhance accessibility and user experience, weeding outdated texts to ensure that collections remain relevant and engaging, and diversifying the library's collection to reflect a wide range of voices and perspectives. With Stacia's expertise, schools can create vibrant, inclusive, and well-organized library spaces that foster a love for reading and learning among students.

Why is my child not reading?

The answer is always because they haven’t found the right book. Ms. Bell is available to work with students individually (grades 4 - 12) to support them in becoming voracious and life-long readers.

About Me

Passionate educator with over 21 years of experience in middle school education, including 13 years as a dedicated teacher-librarian. Committed to fostering a love of reading in all students by helping them discover the “just right” books that spark joy and lifelong reading habits. I am equally devoted to equipping students with essential media literacy skills, ensuring they become responsible, critical consumers and creators of information in today’s digital world.

As a library leader, I prioritize curating inclusive collections that reflect the diverse identities of our school community, ensuring every student sees themselves represented in literature. Additionally, I mentor new educators and lead professional development in digital learning strategies, helping shape the future of education.
